Our 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with the Complete Kit for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd be grateful to hear what we could do better.

How to ask for a refund

Email littlestepsfounders@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, with "Refund" in the subject line. Please include your order number or the date of purchase if you have it.

What happens next

• We'll confirm your refund within 2 working days.
• The money goes back to the card or payment method you used. It usually appears within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
• Your access to the kit will end once the refund is made.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law. If the kit is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, even after the 14 days.

When you buy, you agree to get access straight away. That means the separate 14-day legal right to cancel digital content no longer applies, which is why we offer our own guarantee instead.
